The Microsft/IYF/US Government Employablity Programme hosted by LEAP Africa and YES Nigeria in Calabar has really done a great reworking in me. Papers presented at the workshop and the presenters themselves are a great inspiration.I've got to meet other young people that would inspire to create positive change in our localities. My greatest moments was whenever we have an activity. We had to go out and try to find the items that was listed for us (all the groups). You would not believe what Mr. Oje said at the end of the activity, "Think out of the box"... i learnt, Its just to be creative. The most interesting of all was the last one inwhich one group would have to meet the other group on negotiations. Its was all fun and learning!I'm Inspired, Empowered and Equiped. Thanks to Microsoft, IFY, US gov, LEAP Africa and YES nigeria while i hope to attend more of such. --------------------------------------------

MY EXPERIENCE AT LEAP EMPLOYABILITY PROGRAMME
Knowledge, they say, is power. The more I know, the more powerful I feel. This was exactly what i came to realize after undergoing the leap Africa employability programme held in calabar from the 1st - 5th of Sept., 2008. I can't believe that I learned so much in so short a time. The programme is packed with treasures that cannot be found even in schools. It has made me realize that I can be the best in anything I want to be in life. Thanks to the sponsors and facilitators of the leap Africa programme. More grease to your elbows.
